We use Microsoft Skype for Business.  This allows our organization to share (present) their screen with a Geocortex HTML5 app displayed, and also give control to the other person in the conversation.  Works great.

This application is external used by members of the public (farmers) and therefore we cannot rely on applications such as Skype as is it unlikely they would have it.  I am looking something browser based and more along the lines of webRTC or similar.

    Thanks!

I don't really have a solution for you, but I will say when I use Webex and screenshare the viewer is unusable.  It shows the map but everything else is blank and does not show up.  You can kind of navigate using the ADA capabilities, but it is fairly useless for screensharing.

    Glenn,

How's it going!? Have you thought about leveraging Collaboration at all? It doesn't do screenshare, but it does chat, redlinining and could be modified to do other things.

Skype for Business has a web app (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Join-a-Skype-for-Business-meeting-with-Skype-Meetings-App-Skype-for-Business-Web-App-4828ad18-ed21-422a-a870-94d676d4b72a#Version=Skype-for-Business-Web-App) they could use to join the meeting, they just need a browser plugin and not the full Skype program
