Workflow 5 -- "Unable to load workflow" error message for basic 'hello world'

I am attempting to convert my essentials workflows to worklow 5 workflows however when trying to open a simple 'hello world' workflow I am getting the following error:

 

Unable to load workflow '<URL of workflow 5 flow>/home/item.html?id=cd6dc65ab4ea4bb382231d93ff8efeb4'. You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.

 

Any idea what might be causing this?

  Hi Daniel, 

   

  For future reference, Workflow 5 has its own community here (https://communities.geocortex.com/workflow/s/topic/0TO60000000QpG5GAK/workflow) where you can post and search Workflow 5 questions.  If you are saving your workflows to your ArcGIS Online account, I would try navigating to that url you mentioned and see if changing the Share setting there to "Share with Everyone" helps.

   

  Normally you need to either have the AGOL item shared with eveyone, OR if you want to keep it secured, then you need to sign into the viewer using an AGOL account that does have permission to use the item.
