Maptip at feature location

Does anyone know of a way to get the MapTips to show up at the feature location rather than in the Navigation Region?  We're on HTML 5 2.9.2

  Hi Sara,

  The map tips that appear at the feature location are called "Callout-Style Map Tips" and can be configured via the instructions here: https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/gvh/2.10/admin-help/Default.htm#gvh/admin/modules/maptips-module.htm

  That worked...thank you!!  However, I'm now getting a second maptip popup in the navigation region.  There are only two basemaps and one feature layer on this site, so there's nothing else that would be trying to produce a maptip.
