Turn on/off layers with basemap switch

I'm new to Geocortex and I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to turn on/off layers when switching basemaps.  What I'd like to do is turn on a line feature class layer (hidden, not visible in TOC) when the aerial basemap is clicked.  Then, when the Street basemap is clicked, turn the line feature class layer off.  Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

  When you add the line's map service, you can add it as a base map.  Then you can put it in the same basemap group as the aerial. The basemap switcher will toggle the whole group.
