DocumentStore takes large memory

Hi,

 

I noticed on our server the process 

 

D:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\NSRoot\Geocortex\Core\Roles\DocumentStore\3.1.5.487\Java\jre1.8.0_144\bin\java.exe take about 3.8Gb memoery and 11Gb working set(memory) on server. I'm wondering why it takes so much memory, as we hardly have any instance search on and only have about 1500 saved projects. I also noticed in Geocortex log there are many warning like: 

 

Geocortex.Platform.WebService.WebApiHosting.EnvoyBasedInvoker.SendAsync] HTTP Service Request for http://xxxx.com:10080/Geocortex/Search/Index/StatusOperations took 4473 milliseconds.

 

Is there something I could do to reduce its memory footprint and hope by doing so improve its performance?  Also is it possible to disable instance search for all sites? we're on GE 4.9.1. Thanks

  Hi,

   

  I'd recommend opening a support ticket. Investigating any Core issue is difficult without being able to review all the Core log files.
