Instant Search stopped working
We have noticed that instant search is no longer working. It worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. As far as we know, we haven't changed anything in Essentials Manager and all settings still appear to be correct.

Hi Michael,
The typical reasons Instant Search would stop working are -
1) corrupt Elastic Search indexes, that it cannot recover from
2) unexpected data (string in a date field, duplicate field names etc)
The Geocortex Core logs should indicate what the issue is.
To resolve it, I would recommend stopping the Core service and deleting the indexes and restarting Core. This is a semi-advanced activity, if you are not comfortable with this I would recommend submitting a support ticket for assistance. If this does not resolve the issue I would review the data for inconsistencies and/or submit a ticket.
