Instant Search stopped working

    Hi Michael,

     

    The typical reasons Instant Search would stop working are -

     

    1) corrupt Elastic Search indexes, that it cannot recover from

     

    2) unexpected data (string in a date field, duplicate field names etc)

     

    The Geocortex Core logs should indicate what the issue is. 

     

    To resolve it, I would recommend stopping the Core service and deleting the indexes and restarting Core.  This is a semi-advanced activity,  if you are not comfortable with this I would recommend submitting a support ticket for assistance.  If this does not resolve the issue I would review the data for inconsistencies and/or submit a ticket.
