Anyone noticing bug with 'add attachment' activity on iOS devices?
My workflow allows users to add attachments when they create a new feature. It works fine on desktop and on android devices, but almost always fails on iOS. I have tested it on ipad and iphone running 10.3.3 and iphone running 11.3.
Interestingly, if I add the attachment via the OOTB interface (just using the built in menus in the viewer), it works in iOS.
Seems like a bug with the 'add attachment' activity.

Now I'm looking into the option to use the run command activity with the "AttachFileToFeature" command. This would launch the dialog that allows users to attach files to feature. It takes a feature as the parameter, but it appears to be looking for a geocortex feature, rather than an esri graphic feature. Is it possible to get a gtx feature to pass to the command? If so, how?
Thanks

Hello Zorba,
Three quick follow-up questions:
- Are there any errors that display in iOS or does nothing happen?
- If you are using GVH, can you open the viewer logs by holding your finder over the banner to open the console and check for errors?
- Can you also confirm that your GVH proxy settings allow for uploading to the feature service in question?
Thanks, Stefan

1 - I get the generic workflow error 'The application is experiencing issues while performing this operation'. I have tried wrapping the activity in a try\catch, but it still throws same error.
2 - That same message shows in logs. Nothing else.
3 - Confirmed - the proxy.config file has the domain of the rest endpoint in question.
Thanks

Thanks for your feedback. I haven't seen any particular issues when running against sampleserver6.
Are you using a secured map service or have any additional configuration to the map service?

Ok, good to confirm its not a known issue. Not a secured service - there must be something wrong with the service I guess. Thanks.
