cascading id for multiple qry urls

How to use multiple cascading ID's in case of performing different querying from two different urls in case when 2 comboboxes are populated with two different urls independent of each other and we want to populate third one based on above comboboxes ??

  Three related comboboxes is not possible with the Cascading ID setting.

   

  You should use syntax like {1:FormItemId} as described in the Tokens in Form Item Queries topic on https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/workflow/4.9/help/Default.htm#wf/help/forms.htm
