How to use SetLayerVisibility to make a folder visible?

In a workflow I am using "setlayervisibility" actity to make a set of layers visible.  Those layers are inside of a folder.  If user turn off the folder, then "setrlayervisibility" turn on indivisual layers but the folder is still off, so layers are not visible on the map.  Is there any way I can make the folder visible through workflow?

  You need to use the "Set Layer List Item Info" activity and its effectively visible argument.
