Printing a Vector Tile Basemap
I am trying to migrate to vector tile basemaps since they seem to be working fine with most browsers. I have to host them on ArcGIS Online because I don't have a federated server. The only problem is that they don't show up on a printed map. Is this a known issue?

Hi John,
Unfortunately this is a known issue (BUG 17762). The issue is related to the version of the ESRI API being used and it not supporting printing vector tile images. The fix for this is quite involved and it will not be in the next release of GE/GVH - 4.10/2.11.

Any update on this? It appears I can print my ArcGIS Online-hosted vector tile map fine from the ArcGIS Online viewer or from a Geocortex Web Viewer 5 app, but not from my Essentials HTML5 viewer. 0 -
I've read that using Geocortex Printing 5 will allow printing of vector tile maps from a HTML5 viewer. 0 -
Yes, we'd also love to be able to print vector tiles! Please can someone provide an update? 0 -
Just for reference, our VertiGIS Studio Printing product prints vector tiles. It is a WYSIWIG style printing: what you see is what you get. We print what the user sees. VertiGIS Studio Printing - VertiGIS Studio
