User friendly error message with incorrect or non existing uniqueid at ?viewer parameter

Is it possible to replace the error message when a user enters an incorrect or non existing viewer uniqueid at the url ?viewer parameter? From the technical error description 'Failed to initialize site. The error was:' to something like 'Either map viewer does not exist or map id is incorrect'

  Hi Noel,

   

  Please submit an Idea to the Ideas section, and include a description of how the user might end up typing the URL for the viewer - we generally expect users to be clicking links that they've found via search results or internal portal so typing the address in the bar doesn't usually go through development or QA.
