add a new measuring unit to the GE

It will be nice to add a new measuring unit  for areas like "dunums" or one can pick the set of units that he/she needs in thier works.
Our customer need this unit on thier work.

  Or, in general, have the option to create your own measuring tool using the supported measuring tools. For instance, create a tool that would use the "foot" measurement to multiply the measured distance by 16.5 feet if the user was looking for the distance of a rod (for surveyors "rods & chains").
