AutocompleteBox wont return results when Display Field name is 24 characters long

After further investigation I have replaced my question with the below.

 

I am using Workflow designer 4.9.2.46 and have a form with a group of Autocomplete boxes working off the same REST service.

 

The source GIS data and the service have reasonably long field names (up to 31 Characters for some).

 

I have one box working using a Display Field name "Holding_Name".

 

But the other box won't autocomplete when using a Display Field name "Holding_Location_Address"

 

I troubleshot this and I discoverred that it would work for any Display Field that I had with a field name up to about 21 characters, but anything like the one above (24 characters) or more would not work.

 

I verified that the ArcGIS query does work using the long field names, just not in the workflow Display Field . 

 

I am guessing that Geocortex has a limit of characters in a column name for the results obtained from the Query task, is this a known limitiation?  Or is there a way to truncate a field name in the Display Field control?
