Change the legend icon size.

Hello,

 

Does anyone know a way to change the size of the legend icons without changing the size of the symbols in the mxd?

 

we have some complicated line symbology which is not showing up in the legend. Can I change the size fo the legend incon in the app (not print) or perhaps add a graphic to represent the legend icon?

 

any ideas?

  Hi Larisa,

   

  The best I could do with my limited CSS knowledge was change the height and width of the swatches to a percentile value (150%).  This does indeed make the swatches larger, but they also get pretty blurry.

   

  You can set an icon for the layer but it's what appears when selecting results, it doesn't replace the legend swatch.  We always defer to ArcGIS Server to get that.

   

  Please post to the Ideas if this is something that your users would value!

  Yup...it does make the swatches blurry. I am going to have to find a work around for now.
