layer catalog report base map not visible

Good day,

 

I am trying to run a report generated from a layer in the Layer Catalog, but the base map or feature map will not show. The layer features and highlighted feature show in the box where the map should be, but the underlying map does not show. I have added a base map to the layer catalog site to reference, but still nothing.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to acheive this?

  Hi Benjamin,

   

  Looks like the viewer is sending the export request to the catalog site, which knows about the catalog layers, but it's sending the layer visibility using the main site layer IDs.  The catalog site doesn't know about the sites that reference it, so those get left out.

   

  We've got a bug filed in our old system for this, which I will have migrated to our new system so we can keep track of it.  I don't know if we will be able to fix it for Essentials, but it may have a fix for Reporting 5.
