Unable to process request. No instances for 'Geocortex/Property_Admin_20171207.MapServer' were available for 87.869 seconds. Wait timeout exceeded.

 

Hi, I am on GCx 4.5.1.58, HTML5 view, Arcgis10.4. Aroud 25 to 30 users working at a time. I get this error above too many times as logged in ArcGIS sercer manager. Can you guys shed some light what is happening at the back end.

  Hi Abdul,

   

  This message is being returned by ArcGIS Server.  To troubleshoot further, you should open a case with your Esri support provider.  

   

  My hunch is that the map service is taking more time to draw than the time between requests, and requests are getting queued up (for over a minute!).  You can often avoid this by using cached map services and publishing fewer layers in your services, or by optimizing your data to serve faster maps.
