Can an email auto generate and be sent to someone that has been added to a project?

I am thinking through a few ways to do this but cannot seem to find good notes on where the "Project File" is saved.

 

From there I figured I could use "Send Mail Activity" or send the project metadata to a middleware like MS SQL to trigger emails that way.  My other thought would be to wrap the project in a workflow instead.

 

I think this also applies for the Collaboration channel concept too.

  Hi Dylan,

   

  Saved projects and collaboration channels are saved to the Document Store and we don't have a built-in method to access those documents from a workflow.  The Document Store also does not have an integration API or hook that would let you define a custom event.

   

  Since it's a good business requirement to capture, please post to the Ideas (that you need email notification for saved projects, and perhaps a separate idea that you want to be able to integrate with events on Documents)
