403 - Forbidden error when trying to access short urls after upgrade to GE 4.6.2 and GVH 2.7.2

After upgrading to GE 4.6.2 and GVH 2.7.7, I get a 403 - Forbidden error when trying to access a viewer using the short urls that were previously functioning pre upgrade (GE 4.4.2 and GVH 2.5.2).  I can create a new short url with the Global Unique ID but I really need the old urls to work.

  Hi Aron,

   

  Please check the developer tools (F12) - console page or network page to see if you can see the 403 response and where it is coming from.  A 403 response may be from the proxy page but it could also be from somewhere else.

  Thanks for your assistance Wayne.  Fortunately the issue resolved itself a few days ago after the latest Windows patches were installed.  Not sure if the problem was directly related to a Windows problem but it seems to be functioning fine now.
