Include a result picker in a form

I'd like to include all the functionality of a result picker within a form item.

 

I know that I could just send the list to a combo-box dropdown or a listbox. But I'd really like to have the display format of the result picker (ie. formatted title and details for each result, snazzy filter box) with the ability to add things like checkboxes or radio buttons for additional parameters

 

At the moment I have a workflow with a result picker followed by a form. It would be so much nicer to have the two combined in the one panel. Does anyone have a way to acheive this? Or do I need to put it in ideas and wait for a future release?

  It's not currently possible in Essentials Workflows, but it is possible on 5-series workflows. See https://docs.geocortex.com/workflow/latest/help/Default.htm#wf5/help/form-elements/item-picker.htm - the result picker equivalent in Wokrlfow 5 is called "item picker".  It's a form element that you can place in any form, instead of being its own separate activity. 

   

  You could also submit an idea if you wanted to see the same system on Essentials workflows.
