print service periodically failing
Since upgrading to Geocortex 4.101.1 we're having an issue where print stops working every few days. I have to recycle the applicaiton pools in order to get it working again. Is anyone else having this issue or know a fix? Thanks.

Hi Dan,
Search on here for GE-7972 and you will likely find the same issue you are having. It's a known issue and you can start by setting the App Pool to recycle on a more frequent schedule. The Microsoft default is once every 29 hours, I would start by setting it to once every 12 hours or at regular times, like 6am and 6pm for example.

Hi Wayne -
I know this is an older thread, but am looking at setting up the AppPool recycling as you describe. I wanted to check though, because when this issue happens, I don't see any AppPools as stopped, so I am wondering if that behavior is consistent with this problem. Does the AppPool stop typically to cause this problem, or is it an issue that is fixed simply by re-starting an already running AppPool?
