Make the ability to "View Attributes" in Results layer dependent

It would be great if we could independently manage the display of attributes as Results in the viewer, rather than having to set this globally.  This would be particularly useful for uploading shapefiles when the attribute display is disabled in the viewer.  An option in the manager Layer Details page under Supported Operations would be ideal.
