instant search http error

Hi,

 

Essentials 4.10

 

HTML5V Version 2.11.1.1543.

 

Getting a HTTP Error - json. Encountered at 3:13:52 PM for URL 'https://arcgis.ems.tas.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/BRU/Burn_Planning/MapServer'. Will retry after 4:13:52 PM.

 

When I try to build my instant search index. Global search is working ok.

  Hi,

   

  You'll need to review the InstantSearch.Scanner.log in the Core logs directory below, the Instant Search crawler likely encountered an error when it tried to scan all the object ids on the map server you indicated. 

   

  C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\Data\Logs

  Thanks Mike,

   

  I've uploaded my log but no recent entries there despite manually triggering the scanner today. I was able to perform a browser based arcgis server query from that server and objectid id's were returned fine in JSON from that request https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v8fk6261r_ytHatgmjcOlkRsSGw1m_4p/view?usp=sharing
