Chrome 70.0.3538 and Feature Service layers - shifting position
Chrome version 70.0.3538 was released about a week ago and we noticed a problem with feature layers. The geometries are being drawn slightly offset by a few pixels from where they should be. This only occurs when one changes the scale (zoom in or out) and not when one pans. The offset is also not consistent; it gets shifted in different directions every once in a while.
The problem does not occur in Edge or IE 11.
Is anyone else running into this? If so, does anyone have an idea how/if this can be solved?

Yep seeing it here....thought I was nuts. Thanks for posting to the forums. I'll have an answer at least for my clients. Even if it's not what they want to hear. 0 -
Also having this issue with shifting and drawings not showing up until users pan the map 0 -
Hi All,
We recently contacted Esri regarding this issue and they have a bug currently filed and are looking into solutions.
BUG-000118108: Feature layers briefly misalign or 'jump' while redrawing after zooming in or out in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer in Chrome Version 70
