Feature Service Geometries Shift in Chrome 70.0.35*
ESRI confirmed there is a bug with feature services shifting with the newset version of Chrome. In other words, the feature serivce geometries may not be in the correct spot, at times.
They said the fix will be implemented in the ArcGIS Online viewer in a coming release. Can some explain if this would fix the same behavior we are seeing with Geocortex Essentials? We are not tying into AGOL in any way at this point with ur Geocortex apps. Is anyone else seeing this? We don't have this issue with IE.

Some details of their response to the issue:
'This issues is specific to the Web Viewer in ArcGIS online. The viewer is not rendering services from ArcGIS Server properly when using chrome browser, regardless of version ArcGIS server. You saw the issue first with services from ArcGIS Server 10.4.1 and again from 10.6.1. I reproduced it in 10.5.1
Basically, it's an ArcGIS online issues and not ArcGIS Server. The BUG I attached your case to has a status of Implement in the next version of ArcGIS Online. ArcGIS online has a release 4 times a year.'0 -
Hi Ryan,
We have had other reports of this as well, it is being tracked here at Latitude as BUG 24877 and BUG 24891. It's too early to determine if an Essentials change is required or if an ESRI API change will fix the issue (or even a Chrome update). Keep an eye on the Support Center for any updates posted.
