Issue with the measure distance and area tools not displaying the measurements in the white box.

Anyone have issues with the measure distance and measure area tools not displaying the individual segment measurements (HTML5 version)? The total measurements appear but not each line segment. The white box displayed in the center of the line segement is empty. Any ideas on a fix? Thank you!

    Hi Alyssa,

     

    Please check Essentials Manager - Measurement page as you may be seeing white font on a white background.  This was a previously reported issue/resolution.  Make sure the colours are set to a value and not null.
