DateTimePicker is there any settings to set 24 hour clock for the time in DateTimePicker?

  I don't believe there's a way to get it to display 24-hour format, however if you type a time like 16:15 into the time picker, it will still understand and accept it (it will be converted to the equivalent AM/PM format). I'd suggest posting on the Ideas section to request support for a 24-hour display; we have lots of other users from places/industries where 24-hour format is preferred- https://communities.geocortex.com/s/ideas
