Basemap missing from Print & Screenshot
Hi.
I am having trouble with a basemap that is no longer appearing when I use the print or screenshot function. It only happens with this one particular basemap (map) service, all other services, map and image services in the viewer work fine.
The map service is the NOAA RNC (nautical charts): https://seamlessrnc.nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/RNC/NOAA_RNC/MapServer/3
If you'd like to see what I mean, the viewer URL is https://cteco.uconn.edu/viewer/index.html?viewer=aquaculture and the issue is with the "NOAA Nav Charts" basemap.
Related to this, I tried adding the image service for the RNCs to see if it performed better (https://seamlessrnc.nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/RNC/NOAA_RNC/ImageServer) and I just keep getting a "Connection Failed" message in the settings window when I try to add the connection. Any ideas why or suggestions about how to make the NOAA RNC map or image service work better (or at all) in the viewer? Both seem fine in AGOL viewers and the map service used to print in the past. Boo.
I'm probably missing something obvious but thanks in advace for any insights from this community!

Hi Emily,
Do you know if your Essentials server has previously been configured to use TLS 1.2, per https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?id=kA3f2000000Xc3yCAC ? If not, I'd suggest trying that first.
My server that has that change applied can print the service, and another machine where I don't have that applied can't add the service to the site in the first place.
