instant search reading erro

Hi I am trying index for the instant search and getting the error. The layer is a parcel and it is joined with the View (table) or we can say query layer.

 

The error message is

 

"Download Error - ArcGis feature query response contained an error: 400 Failed to execute query. Encountered fatal error at 2:22:44 PM for URL 

 

...........

 

Attempted maximum number of retries; index may be incomplete."

  Hi Pramod,

   

  Essentials sent a request to ArcGIS Server and received an error.  Can you check the ArcGIS Server logs to see if there is any further information?  The Geocortex Core Logs will also contain more details on the request that was made (C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\Data\Logs\InstantSearch.XXXXXX)

   

  Troubleshooting this issue is fairly complex, I would recommend submitting a support ticket with your support provider, in your case it is ESRI Canada support.
