How do you find your print template id to be used in the workflow?

  Open the REST endpoint for your site, click on Print Templates.  In the list of templates that appears (assuming you have at least one print template configured)  the ID will appear in brackets after the name of the template.  For example: Letter (8.5" x 11") (0) - the ID would be "0".  You can also find this information by opening the site.xml file in a text browser and searching for "PrintTemplates" - the ID will be listed as a property of each configured <PrintTemplate> object.
