query "Data Store -Documents" and open gvh-project by "Title"

We would like to make it easy to open gvh-projects. Each user could have a gvh-project with Title ='USERID', and a workflow that "Run On Startup" could find the gvh-project on the fly. If the actual user doesn't have a gvh-project, the site should be opened.

But is it possible to query the gvh-projects by Title?
