Firfox Cross-Origin Request Blocked

Is there changes in firefox?  My viewer is suddenly not launching in Firefox.  I am getting corss-origin request blocked.  loading failed error in firefox.  chrome works fine still.  Reqeust is to get json for the ESRI basemaps.

 

Any idea on how to work around?

  Could you provide more details? The browser console should state why it was blocked. If you have the viewer set to pull HTTP but Esri is redirecting to HTTPS, for example, that would trigger a CORS block.

  I develop on Firefox and can confirm that it's not the browser itself.  You may have some configuring to do in your client, for example perhaps you have an adblocker interfering with your app, or need to whitelist some url's.
