Geocortex manager not recognising map service changes

    In Essentials Manager, you may need to go in to add/remove layers for that service and delete the extra layer (or delete both and re-add it).

    Hi Belinda,

     

    If all else fails, you will need to edit the site.xml file, to remove it.  We don't typically recommend manually editing the site.xml file but under some circumstances it cannot be avoided.  If you need help with this, feel free to reach out to your support provider, AAM.
