collaboration tool not available in toolbar settings

Hi,

 

We have recently upgraded our GE from 4.6.3 to 4.10.2 and viewer from 2.7.2 to 2.11.2. We executed the setup files and the setup automatically detected the older version and upgraded. After upgrading I am not able to see Collaboration tool to toolbar options in viewer settings nor able to see any collaboration related options in the viewer settings. Need help in understanding why it is not available.

  Hi Shubham,

   

  I would suggest contacting your support provider (1Spatial) as it would be best to look at this on a screenshare.  It could be a number of issues.

  Hi Richard,

   

  Issue got resolved. clearing the browser cache where we open the Essentials manager solved the issue.
