Layers are working, just not visible in IE.

We are running into an issue where are layers are in the map and can be identified and searched for, just do not draw. If we change the security settings in Internet Options to the lowest setting, they come back after closing IE and re lauching. Chrome works the same way only Refreshing the page makes the layers show.

  Hi Ryan,

   

  This sounds like a mixed content issue, HTTP vs. HTTPS. If your Viewer is accessed via HTTP, all your map services should be HTTP. If you Viewer is accessed via HTTPS, all your map services should be HTTPS.
