User SSL Error: The client and server don't support a common ssl protocol version or cipher suite

I have a user site that is having trouble accessing our GCE HTML5 application. They are getting errors regarding our SSL protocol. They said off their network it seems to work fine. 

 

I am wondering if we have a protocol enabled on our server that we should disable? Or is this a browser setting at their end to allow TLS 1.2? Has anyone seen this type of behavior?

Note: We are running Windows Server 2016 on AWS.

  Hi James,

   

  Can you ask the user to press F12 to reveal the developer tools and then go to the "Security" tab, it may reveal more information.

  Hi Wayne,

   

  I think this was traced to our server supporting an unsecured protocol (RC4) which, when disabled, seemed to clear up the issue. Thank you for the follow-up though.
