Analytics stopped checking ArcGIS Server

We have three ArcGIS Servers on Analytics. It should check the services every 15 minutes but it stopped doing so since October. All the services are still active. What could cause this issue?

  Hi,

   

  If this issue is still outstanding then I high recommend opening a support ticket, troubleshooting Analytics issues like this will require involved help from the Support Team.
