Data Link Query

I have a data link which shows Property Assesssment $'s

 

My data table has values for multiple years but I just want to show for '2019'

 

How would I display just the values for 2019? The column for year is Called "Ass_Year"

 

Would this be something I setup in the data link command or somewher else?

  Modify the SQL command of your datalink by adding an extra where clause?
