The given value is not a valid ArcGIS Portal URL on post installation

When doing post installation for portal I enter the Portal URL and click launch, set up my app, register it and get the app id. But when I click the test button I get an error saying "The given value is not a valid ArcGIS Portal URL"

  Could you ensure that you've followed the steps as outlined in the online documentation: https://docs.geocortex.com/workflow/latest/help/Default.htm#wf5/help/installation.htm#Configure_Post-Installation_Settings%3FTocPath%3DOne-Time%2520Setup%7CInstall%2520Geocortex%2520Workflow%2520on%2520Premises%7C_____4

   

  That error seems to indicate the the URL that was entered in Portal may not match exactly with what was set in the Post Installer; letter casing is important.

  Hello,

   

  I am having the same issue. Was there a resolution to fix this?

   

  When I click 'Launch' on the organizational URL, it is truncating /arcgis/home/ to just /arcgis/

  Hello Ryan,

   

  I believe your configuration might be incorrect.

   

  For the Portal URL, you will enter the name of your server and domain, followed by the web adaptor name: e.g. https://host.domain.com/arcgis/

   

  Then in the app that you created in Portal that contains the Redirect URL, you can add a corresponding Redirect URI entry of: https://host.domain.com/
