transparency slider on feature layers

I am trying to get transparency slider to work on feature layers coming from a third party (Natural England (https://services.arcgis.com/JJzESW51TqeY9uat/arcgis/rest/services/SSSI_England/FeatureServer) ). 

 

I have 2 feature layers coming from NE, SSSI and SACs.

 

I have seen other posts that say if they are from different services then they can't be in the same folder for the transpancy slider to work. I have tried putting them in seperate folders and outside of folders and i cannot get the slider to appear. 

 

Are there any rules available to make the slider appear?

  Hello Halil,

   

  It sounds like you are doing the right thing but you may need to upgrade to the latest version, here are some rules:

  • Transparencies apply to folders in the layer list
  • The folder can contain only layers from a single map service
  • No other folders contain layers from that map service
  • Transparency sliders are available for Feature layers as of GVH 2.10
