Essentials 4.11 and HTML5 Viewer 2.12 - Identify tool only works once

Hi All!

 

I just upgraded to GE 4.11 and HTML5 2.12 and have been experiencing some errors.

 

Is anyone experiencing the following issue? When we identify a land parcel for the first time after the app opens, it retrieves the typical attribute data from the arcgis web service and also retrieves data from a few SQL connections that we have created in Geocortex Essentials. But when we use the identify tool again, the data from the data connections will not show up. When running F12 I can see there are a bunch of errors that are being created.

  Hi Grant,

   

  It appears you are experiencing the symptoms of a bug, ID:28633.

   

  Opening Feature Details twice causes console error and data links are missing in Feature Details view

   

  Bug ID: 28633

   

  Symptom: In a site with Data Links, the second time a Features Detail window is opened (for example, following and Identify), linked results do not appear.  An error is logged in the browser console: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property '_isDestroyed' of undefined"

   

  Fix: Upgrade to version 2.12.1 when released.

  Chris "Quick Draw" Carr-White's response is correct.  This is a known issue in GVH 2.12 that will be fixed in GVH 2.12.1.  In the interim it may be advisable to roll back to GVH 2.11.2, which is compatible with GE 4.11.

  Hi Gareth,

   

  First of all, I love the nickname, Chris "Quick Draw" haha.

   

  I'm looking at my options as our viewer was at 2.10.0.:

  1. Can I roll back to 2.10.0 and it will be compatible with GE 4.11? OR
  2. Can I roll back to 2.11.2 even though I don't have a backup at that version
