I'm not aware that this feature has been implemented.

We wrote a JavaScript library for a project several years ago to do this. It is available on Github for free. I cannot remember if this was before or after the Results Menu change, but may still function. We have detailed instructions and a sample Workflow.

    Toggle Geocortex Menu Components (https://github.com/DigitalDataServices/GeocortexMenuComponents)

This free JavaScript library for the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 adds the ability to disable or enable menu and toolbar items within the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5.

Using Geocortex Workflows, menu and toolbar items can be disabled or enabled based on user credentials or interaction. Examples include disabling Export functionality from Results Menu for anonymous users, disabling and enabling toolbars based on user roles, or any other use that comes to mind. This library only disables or enables menu and toolbar items that are pre-configured within the Geocortex Site, it does not dynamically add new menu and toolbar items.

Disable and enable the following items in Geocortex Viewer for HTML5:
    • I Want To... Menu items
    • Results Menu items
    • Compact Toolbar tool items
    • Full Toolbar tabs, groups, and tool items

    Requirements

Geocortex Essentials 4.4.3 and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.5.2 and tested on beta versions of Geocortex Essentials 4.5 and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.6. It may run on earlier versions of Geocortex Essentials and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 but has not been tested.

Reviewing the issues, it is not updated for the new Results List. However, in the Issues, contact Andrew Biggins for the changes he made to make it compatible.
