Geocortex manager fails to access a site if it contains services with issues,

 

 

 

I have already reported this issue multiple times but found out it has never been resolved even in GE 4.11. My expectation is that the Geocortex manager should be able to access any site whatever was the status of its services such that one can fix them in a later stage.

 

 

 

Currently, the Geocortex offers either removing the service or cancel. Both of them are not helpful.
