Workflow to create map packages and print multiple pages

i am working on a solution for our situation, we have a webservice that shows data that has been "markedup" from the field, i would like to create a workflow that allows the user to select the markedup data by one or more attibutes and show the selection on the map either by selecting the points or placing graphics. once the selection is complete the user needs to be able to print the 200 map grips that the data falls within and each grid be a seperate map. is that possible?
