GCE v. 4.10.0.69 is compatible with Arcgis 10.6.1

We are looking to upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, ArcGIS Server) 10.6.1 from 10.6 and want to verify that Essentials v. 4.10.0.69 is compatible with this upgrade.
