Error attaching photo to point feature GMV

Today I decided to test out GMV and created a basic viewer with a single point feature layer with ability to add attachments. But at the very first moment I try and take a photo at my point, GMV throws the following error:

ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The UTC time represented when the offset is applied must be between year 0 and 10,000. Parameter name: offset

I have trawled through the designer, cannot see where a UTC offset would be configured, apart from selecting the Time Zone, of which I had selected Australia/Sydney, but even setting as default causes the same error.

This error was occurring in IOS and Android (both being latest versions), is there something else that I have missed that is causing this error?
