map tip formatting not working on first click

This is happening on two applicaitons:

 

Open the application, the first feature I click to view the map tip, the formatting doesn't display correctly (see yellow highlighting on image below).

 

 

but if I close the map tip, and click the feature again (or any other features) for the map tip to display, it displays correctly.

 

 

Any ideas as to why the formatting will not work on first feature but will on all subsequent features?

 

We have just upgraded to the latest GCE and HTML Viewer.

  This is due to Bug 30929. This will apparently be fixed in the next release. Fingers crossed!!

  Also, our fix for now is to remove all HTML formatting. We are just using plain text and it is no longer an issue.
