view additional details and NOT have it zoom in?

The view additional details in the map tip works fine but I don't need it to zoom to the item. Is there a way to disable the zoom when clicking view additional details?

  But what if one only wants to remote the 'ZoomToFeature' for a particular layer and not remove it entirely?
