How to backup the workflow data? (server workflows)

Hello, is there a option to backup up the workflow data?

\data\Geocortex\Workflow

 

i tried to moved this folder to a other location and then run the post install again pointing to this new data location but then the workflows didn't work anymore

  Hi there,

   

  The best option if you are relocating your installation is to Export your workflows and import them after installing in another location as they are dependent on the installed location.

  Hi

  Are there also other backup options? we have several users that makes workflows

  They dont make manual backup export of there workflows.

  For portal we have a daily portal backup running

  I was looking for a WF5 option, a daily workflow data backup

  Or even better a backup option (move option) for everything in the \data\Geocortex\ folder.

   

  \data\Geocortex\Workflow

  \data\Geocortex\Reporting

  \data\Geocortex\Printing
