Geocortex Manager fails to start (server error due to the current state of the object),

 

We couldn’t figure out why the Geocortex Manager fails to start but just reporting the error in the screenshot below

 

What could be the issue here? How could it be fixed?

  Hi Jamal,

   

  It's hard to say.  Does the Post Installer load up OK and 'Finish' OK?  Also please check the Manager REST logs for any clues - C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\App_Data\Logs\SYSTEM.date.log

  Many thanks Wayne for the answer.

   

  I think that some configuration at the level of IIS has affected the Geocortex and thus failed to start.

   

  We have uninstalled\installed the Geocortex and all worked fine
