Gecortex Manager fails to start as some consumed services have issues, 
This is one of the very frustrating issue in the Geocortex that the Manager fails to start in case one of the services has a problem. Why not the Manager to be designed so that for sure it can start even in case some services have issues to allow resolving this issue from inside be removing them or what so ever.
I have been reporting this since years but no one has heard my shout

Hi Jamal,
Essentials Manager will provide help with some issues when it encounters an issue, like the screenshot example you provided. Caching can cause issues, I would suggest using the "reload" option on the sites list page if a loading issue is encountered as once the reload option is used, a more relevant error message will be provided. For example, you may see an error message stating the site failed to initialize due to map service XYZ. Having a more relevant error message will assist you in locating the source of the problem and Manager will typically give you an option around it.

I was forced to play with the site.mxl file in order to resolve the issue. The manager has nothing to do with it!
Here you go another case where the manager fails to do anything. The manager is very sensitive when it comes to services!
My suggestion here is that the manager should be able to start first where the services with issues can be marked with exclamation mark so that they can be fixed.
